Utex Fashion Group to Market Perry Ellis® Ladies and Men’s Fashion In North America

Perry Ellis International announced a new license agreement with the Utex Fashion Group for the production of Perry Ellis® women's coats, rainwear and outerwear. These product category launches are set for fall 2004 distribution in the United States and Canada. In addition, the Utex Fashion Group will be distributing Perry Ellis® men's tailored clothing and men's outerwear in Canada for fall 2004.
