The new name readily reflects the nature and diversity of the company’s brands and divisions.

Utex Fashion Group designs and distributes ladies outerwear under the Utex, Hilary Radley®, Jones New York® and Perry Ellis® labels. The company also designs and distributes men’s outerwear under the Utex, Massimo Moda and Perry Ellis® labels. UFG’s men’s suits, jackets and sportswear are under the Utex and Claudio Morelli labels.
